Thanks for joining me! I started riding a bike fresh out diapers and haven’t looked back since.
I spent my early years jumping bmx’s in neighbourhood forests, and later went on to race road and cyclocross as a Junior and Elite in national and international events.
Along the way I’ve coached recreational and competitive cyclist. I have always enjoyed being part of people’s progression from a nervous novice to a passionate enthusiast. This blog is a continuation of that and I hope you enjoy sharing in the journey.
